By creating an account or using Seryne ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of seryne.ai.
Seryne is an educational records management platform that helps Arkansas Education Freedom Account (EFA) families track spending, organize receipts, log mileage, and prepare documentation for ClassWallet submissions. Seryne is not affiliated with the Arkansas Department of Education, ClassWallet, or any state agency. Seryne does not submit reimbursements or purchases on your behalf — all ClassWallet actions are taken by you directly.
You must be at least 18 years old and a parent or legal guardian managing EFA funds on behalf of a child. By using Seryne, you confirm that you have the legal authority to manage the EFA account associated with your account.
Seryne offers paid subscription plans on a monthly or annual basis. All plans include a 7-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to start a trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Tier pricing is based on the number of children on your EFA account: Single Child ($9.99/mo), Family, 2–3 children ($14.99/mo), and Large Family, 4+ children ($19.99/mo). Annual plans are available at a discount. Billing is handled securely by Stripe. Seryne does not store your payment information.
Your family's records, your children's names, and your spending data belong to you. Seryne never shares individual family data with third parties. You may export or delete your data at any time from your account settings. Seryne may use anonymized, aggregated patterns (such as which spending categories are most common, or which justification language leads to approvals) to improve the platform. This aggregate data contains no personally identifiable information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You agree to use Seryne only for lawful purposes and in accordance with EFA program rules. You may not use Seryne to submit fraudulent documentation, misrepresent purchases, or violate any applicable law. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into Seryne.
Seryne provides tools and guidance to help families manage their EFA funds. We do not guarantee that any purchase, justification, or submission will be approved by ClassWallet or the Arkansas Department of Education. EFA program rules change. Always verify current requirements at arkansasefa.com or with your program administrator.
All content, design, and software in Seryne is owned by Seryne and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
You may cancel your account at any time from your settings page. Seryne reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, unless you request earlier deletion.
Seryne is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seryne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any loss of EFA funds or denied reimbursements.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you by email if the changes are material. Continued use of Seryne after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
